The criteria for the scholarships are that each candidate:

• Must be a James Logan High School Graduate
• Must be going to college in the fall of the same year
• Must be going into the field of education

NHAA Scholarships Awarded

In 1998 we raised $2,000.00 and the Assoc. awarded 2 scholarships

In 1999 we raised $6,000.00
$3,000.00 to Scholarships - $3,000.00 to to the R.S. Children's Trust

NHAA awarded 3 scholarships

• Angelica Villalobos - U.C. Berkeley
• Yalda Asmatey - U.C. Berkeley
• Oralia Ramirez - U.C. Berkley

In 2000 we raised $8,000.00
$4,000.00 to Scholarships - $4,000.00 to to the R.S. Children's Trust

NHAA awarded 2 scholarships

• Gabriela Esquivez - Cal State Hayward

In 2001 we raised $11,000.00
$5,500.00 to Scholarships - $5,500.00 to to the R.S. Children's Trust

NHAA awarded 2 scholarships

Donations have been made consistently to the NHAA Scholarship fund after 2001, but the amounts and awards have not been given to the web site for updating.
