Thanks Jim!

I'd like to thank my buddy Jimmy for allowing me to be the geek that I am by letting me play with his NHGA web site. Although I'm having fun - the goal has been to make a really nice site for the NHGA Tournament. The proceeds go to GREAT use and it's tons of fun for all the participants.

Jim developed the site initially at freeservers.com. He had already developed the initial text for the tournament - all I really did is have some fun with what he started. In less than two months the site graduated from a freeservers.com site to it's own domain! Of course, this was way back in about 2001.

We're several years into the tournament and the web site. Every year, I try to add some things to the site to make it more useful and interesting for our surfers. If there is anything that you'd like to see or know more about on the site, please let me know. You can use the contact page to send me a note. I'll work with Jim to see if we can get it done!

It's been a very busy year, so the site has not been up dated as much as we wanted for this year, at least in ways that surfers would easily be able to notice. It has finally been moved to a new host with better services, so we'll be able to add a few more things as we move forward. We're working hard to promote the Tournament with this web site, so if you have a web site and would be willing to link to us, please use the linking information here.

PS: At this point, it's just tradition to say thanks to Wendy for sending my hat back along with the extras after the 2001 Tourney! I got a chance to thank her in person at the 2002 Raider Rally in Oakland just before the season started. Wendy is a very nice person who has helped this tournament two different years.
